At HSC Viewer, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use the HSC Viewer mobile application.

Information We Do Not Collect

HSC Viewer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

  • No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
  • No Location Data: We do not track your location.
  • No Device Access: We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or call logs.
  • No Advertising: We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services.
  • No Media Access: We do not access any media files (photos, videos, or audio) stored on your device.

Data Stored Locally

HSC Viewer stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Project Settings: Project file path and picture library path, saved in app preferences for convenience.
  • Project Files: CNC project files (.ldr) and associated image files extracted from user-provided zip archives.
  • App Preferences: Application settings such as display preferences and connection mode.

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Network Communication

HSC Viewer communicates exclusively with your Pulser3 CNC controller on your local network. This communication:

  • Occurs only within your local network
  • Does not involve any external servers or cloud services
  • Does not transmit any personal information
  • Is initiated only when you explicitly connect to your machine

Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

  • INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required to communicate with the Pulser3 CNC controller over your local network and to monitor Wi-Fi signal strength.

No sensitive permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location) are requested or used.

Data Security

HSC Viewer does not transmit any user data over the internet. All project files and settings are stored locally on your device. Communication with the CNC controller occurs exclusively over your local network and does not involve any cloud infrastructure.

Children's Privacy

HSC Viewer is an industrial application intended for professional use only. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

HSC Viewer may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted within the App or on our official website. By continuing to use the App after the updates, you accept the new privacy policy.
