At HSC Kontrol, we stand behind the quality of our industrial automation products, including CNC controllers, servo systems, I/O modules, and industrial PCs. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
  • The product has not been installed, configured, or integrated into any machine or system.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, powered on, or integrated into machinery.
  • Custom-configured or made-to-order products.
  • Software licenses, firmware, or downloadable content.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or tampered warranty seals.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Please provide photographs of the damage and retain all original packaging for inspection purposes.

Warranty

All products sold by HSC Kontrol are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified in the product documentation. Warranty claims do not constitute grounds for a refund; defective units will be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
